Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.  We currently send all orders by An Post.  Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of The Hair Doctor Limited.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged we will evaluate the issue and replace or issue a refund where necessary.
